Bug reports and feature requests

This document describes how I prefer to receive bug reports and feature requests. I understand english, basque and spanish.

Bug reports

My favourite medium of communication is the E-mail. If you experienced a crash or some program is malfunctioning write me an email to this direction:

Please remember to add the following:

• Put the program’s name in the subject.
• Explain the environment on which the program is running.
• Explain the steps to reproduce the bug.
• Explain the expected result, the actual result and if posible a screenshot.
• Send a small tip, or propose a bounty.

Feature requests

Send me an E-mail describing the idea.

Put always the list of software for which you are donating. This are my favourite mediums of exchange. This way I know on which projects to focus.
